NOC telephone failure and central database server problems

Due to a cutoff of the phone-line the network operation center (“NOC”) is currently not available by phone; additionally we are currently performing extraordinary maintenance operations on our central database server due to problems.

No service interruption will be caused by this, but response times will be higher than usual. No ETA has been provided by our supplier for the resolution on the line-cut, while the central database should be fully operative again within 60 minutes.
